This policy covers this website and the personal Google automation I run beside it.

I am Manohar Sitapati, based in Berlin, Germany, and I run sitapati.com and the personal automation this policy describes.
Questions, requests and complaints go to manohar@sitapati.com, and I answer them myself.
The app accesses only the Google account connected to it, and only the Google services my automation uses:
Everything the app reads serves my own automation only: the data is never used for advertising or profiling, never sold or shared with anyone, and never reviewed by anyone else.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The app processes and stores everything on my self-hosted server in the EU, with credentials kept in an access-controlled store.
You can revoke access at the Google account permissions page, and anything I hold is deleted on request by email within 30 days.
A message sent through the contact form is delivered by email and is not stored on the site; there are no tracking cookies, and the only analytics is cookieless.
This policy takes effect on 2026-10-15, and any change is published here with a new effective date.
