These are the plain-language terms for this website and the personal automation that runs behind it.

sitapati.com is my personal, non-commercial CV and portfolio site, and the Google-connected automation behind it is my own tool for my own workflows. There is no product, no subscription and no customer relationship.
The website is free to read. The automation is private: it has no user accounts, and nobody but me signs in.
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe or reverse-engineer my systems, scrape it at volume, or abuse the contact form.
The site and the automation are provided as-is and without warranty of any kind. I do not promise that the content is complete, current or free of errors.
I run everything on a server I administer. Availability may change without notice, and I may suspend or stop the site or the automation at any time.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the automation.
Parts of the automation call Google services, which remain subject to Google's own terms and the Google Privacy Policy. I do not control those services or their terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin are the place of jurisdiction, to the extent the law allows.
